SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders received till 9:00am will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 9.00am or on non-working days will be dispatched on the next working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days depending on the location of delivery. Delivery will be done only at the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

2. How are the delivery charges calculated?

We charge a flat non-refundable shipping charge of Rs 40 for all  cash on delivery orders. Orders are shipped free of cost for Pre-Paid Customer.

3. Do I have to pay any other taxes and/or fees?

All taxes and other fees/charges are exclusive in the price of the shown on every product page.

4. What if the product received is in damaged condition?

If you have received an order in damaged condition, products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt of orders.

5. What is the minimum and maximum delivery timeline?

Orders will get delivered pan India in minimum 4 days and maximum 7 days.

6. What to do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?
